A New Chapter: McDougalls Hill Store Opening
Some dates are etched in our memory, and April 12th, 2025 is one we won't forget. The atmosphere at our brand-new McDougalls Hill, Hunter Valley location was electric. A day that started with doors flinging wide open at 9AM quickly turned into a day of community and innovation.
Visitors enjoyed in-store discounts, awesome giveaways, product and vehicle displays, and fresh new merchandise. Partners like Saving True Blues joined in the fun, with the BBQ sizzling all day. The friendly crowd, regulars, and newcomers alike made the opening day special.
This new home in Hunter Valley brings APB’s expertise closer to the people who depend on reliable, durable solutions, such as tradies, adventurers, and hard-working locals.
Built To Perform: Apparel Launch
We know that resilience and versatility shouldn’t only show up in our toolboxes, they should shine in your wardrobe as well. That’s why we were so proud to debut our "Built To Perform" T-shirt and Hoodie range in 2025.

Our commitment to functional innovation is only as strong as the people who put our gear through its paces. In 2025, we were thrilled to welcome Tylen Wallace, a mustering legend and storyteller passionate about agriculture, to our team. Tylen’s authenticity and daily grind in the real Aussie outback mirrors our brand ethos: gear built for tough, honest work.

Product Innovation: Ute Toolboxes, Canopies, and More
Aluminium Ute Toolboxes
This year, we responded to countless requests from the trade community with our new Aluminium Ute Toolbox line, engineered for every trade and every challenge. Heavy-duty 2.5mm aluminium, multiple lengths, and options for drawers, shelves, or empty-box flexibility. These toolboxes raised the bar in security and practicality, all while withstanding punishing Aussie conditions.
3 Door Canopy
The launch of our 3 Door Jack-off Gullwing Canopy was a gamechanger for trades, tourers, and outdoor enthusiasts. With gullwing doors for triple-sided access, full weather/dust seals, and robust construction, it’s redefining what efficiency and accessibility can look like on any build.
XL Series for American Trucks
American trucks deserved a product line with the same boldness and utility. Our XL Series Canopies and Dog Boxes landed with huge acclaim among Chevrolet, Ram, and Ford owners. Crafted from 2.5mm aluminium and available in a range of sizes and finishes, they’re equipped with whale-tail compression locks and underfloor framing for superior strength. From secure storage to comfortable dog transport, these units delivered confidence on every journey.
The year’s highlight? Our first ever XL Series Chevrolet Canopy Build. Featuring a custom Monk Fabrications tray, XL 1400mm Jack-off Canopy, pantry slide, double tapered underbody boxes, and more, it’s the ultimate proof of what’s possible with this range.
UTV Tray Side Range
APB’s new UTV Tray Sides, tailored for UTVs and side-by-sides, met growing demand for modular, durable solutions. Full tray, half tray (rear dog box), and half tray (front dog box) configurations meant every UTV owner could dial-in the exact combination of containment and access they needed. Fit for the rigours of farm, hunt, or adventure use.
Value-Added Partnerships: True Blue Aussie Pet Food
We love rewarding loyalty with real, tangible perks. In August, our collaboration with True Blue Aussie Pet Food meant every new Dog Box buyer received a bag of premium nutrition for their working mate, quality transport meets quality tucker, for peace of mind and happy hounds.
Community and Events: Where the Heart Is
AgQuip Field Days
August saw APB return to AgQuip 2025 in Gunnedah, with the biggest crowds yet. Our stand was a hive of activity, made richer by Tylen Wallace, and our Saving True Blues family.
Henty Machinery Field Days
In September, we met farmers, contractors, and rural families at the Henty Field Days. Real gear, real conversations, and real solutions on the spot, plus a surge in demand for our dog boxes and UTV setups. We thrived on helping customers walk away with exactly what worked for their unique setup.
Deni Ute Muster: Our Debut
Our first time at the Deni Ute Muster was a whirlwind of dust, mateship, and outback magic. From the fiercely contested Cornhole Challenge (with 2 x $500 APB vouchers won) to product showcases and non-stop yarns, we left as part of the Deni family. We’ll be back, bigger and better, for 2026!
