HOLDING DEPOSITS

Holding Deposits are Strictly Non-Refundable once paid, however can be kept as store credit with no expiry date applicable. 

ONLINE ORDER COLLECTION

Identification will be required upon collection of an online order. The identification presented must match the buyers details listed on the order. Failure to present ID will result in Australian Performance Industries Pty Ltd holding the order until sufficient identification is provided.

PRODUCT WARRANTY 
As a part of our ongoing customer support service, the product is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and/or manufacturing for the time periods listed below from the invoiced date of purchase.
 
Product Materials, Components and Structure all have a 12 month factory warranty parts and labour. This including whale tail compression locks, gas struts, hinges, slides, nuts and bolts.
 
PARTICULARS
  • AUSTRALIAN PERFORMANCE INDUSTRIES PTY LTD (API) warrants their products to the original purchaser of this product during the time period of 12 months from the invoiced date of purchase. Components found to be defective will be repaired/replaced by API without further charge on parts or labour. API warranty is provided on the condition that all service is undertaken by API or by and authorised party specified by API.
  • The warranty specified in paragraph 1 does not apply:
  1. If any product codes have been removed from the product
  2. To and defect or failure caused by; accident, misuse, abuse, non-observance of operating instructions / installation guides, negligence or improper installation
  3. If the product has been fitted or serviced with non approved parts by a non-authorised API Agent.
  4. If the product is repossessed under any financial agreement.
  • API will not take any responsibility for any direct/indirect/affiliated consequence caused by any defect of their products. API will not be responsible for any warranty claims with costing exceeding the original invoiced value.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to regularly check all nuts and bolts on the product for tightness, including lock components both adjustable and non-adjustable.  
  • At the completion of the above listed warranty period goods purchased through API will no longer be covered under these warranty terms
  • Goods claimed under warranty must be returned to API within 5 business days from notifying head office.
  • Goods claimed to be faulty must be returned to API for repair. If unable to repair goods will be replaced.
  • It is the responsibility for the customer to arrange freight for return.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions – Tylen Wallace’s UTV Tray & Dog Box 

1. Promoter: This giveaway is run by Australian Performance Boxes (@apboxes) in collaboration with Tylen Wallace (@tylenwallace).

2. How to Enter To enter, participants must:

  • Like the giveaway photo posted by @tylenwallace and @apboxes
  • Follow both @tylenwallace and @apboxes
  • Tag 3 friends in the comments on the giveaway video
  • Share the giveaway video to their stories. Only entries that have completed all of these steps will be eligible for the prize draw.

3. Eligibility:

  • Open to Australian residents only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must tag 3 different friends.

4. Prize:

  • The giveaway prize is Tylen’s UTV Tray and Dog Box set-up.
  • The giveaway prize (Tylen Wallace’s UTV Tray & Dog Box set-up) is a used product and was previously part of Tylen Wallace’s UTV set-up. As such, the product may show signs of prior usage, including but not limited to cosmetic wear, marks, or other imperfections.
  • No warranty express or implied applies to this prize. Australian Performance Boxes and Tylen Wallace make no guarantees regarding the product’s condition, performance, or durability.
  • By entering and accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts the used condition of the product and agrees that no claims will be made regarding warranty or future repairs.
  • Please note: The CanAm vehicle shown in promotional materials is not included in the prize.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement:

  • The competition closes on Sunday, August 31st, 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.
  • The winner will be randomly selected and announced on Monday, September 1st, 2025 via the official @apboxes Instagram and TikTok accounts only.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the announcement, a new winner may be selected.

6. Collection/Delivery:

  • Prize collection or delivery arrangements will be made with the winner after confirmation of eligibility. If freight is required, it will be delivered to the winner's closest depot at the cost of Australian Performance Boxes. It will not be delivered to the winner's residential address.

7. Scam Awareness:

  • Please be aware of scams. The winner will only be contacted via the official @apboxes Instagram or TikTok account.
  • Do not provide personal, financial, or account information to anyone claiming you have won unless it is through the official channels above.

8. General:

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or CanAm.
  • By entering, participants acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant not in accordance with these conditions.
