How to Install Your Australian Performance Boxes Pantry Slide
Australian Performance Boxes Pantry Slides provide the perfect way to enhance your camper ro work-site experience.
Please Note: Australian Performance Boxes does not offer an installation service or the M10 mounting bolts and nuts to fit the Pantry Slide and will need to be purchased separately. This kit is designed for DIY installation. Please read the instructions carefully, or consult a professional if you’re unsure.
Important Information:
- Ensure you have chosen a suitable location that provides enough clearance for full extension and access to the pantry slide.
- Check that your canopy or mounting surface is strong enough to support the weight of the pantry slide plus its contents (approx. 21.5kg + load).
- Double check your measurements, particularly the available height, width, and depth inside your canopy or storage space.

Installation Instructions
1. Position, Mark & Drill:
Place your Pantry Slide in the intended position inside your canopy. Ensure the slide is level and aligns with your desired orientation for easy access. Open the pantry slide fully to access the base plate of the product and mark where you will be placing your mounting holes. Also mark the position of the mounting holes onto your Canopy floor.
Remove the Pantry Slide and drill pilot holes at the marked locations, making sure not to penetrate any sensitive wiring or components.
2. Bolt in Place:
For each hole, slide a washer onto an M10 bolt and through the hole and secure with an M10 Hex Nyloc Nut and tighten firmly.
Insert your washer and M10 bolts through the base of the Pantry Slide and your mounting surface. From beneath or inside your canopy/tray, add a second flat washer to each bolt end.
Secure with a Hex Nyloc Nut and tighten all hardware, ensuring the Pantry Slide is securely fixed and sits flush with the mounting surface.
3. Test and Slide:
Extend and retract the Pantry Slide fully to ensure smooth operation and that all locking mechanisms work as intended. Check that paracord restraints are untangled and function as required. Load the pantry slide with items and confirm it operates smoothly under weight.
4. Final Check:
Double-check all bolts and nuts for tightness. Confirm that the Pantry Slide is solidly mounted and does not move under load. Inspect that nothing is obstructing the full extension and that the locks engage at both open and closed positions.
