How to Install Your Australian Performance Boxes UTV Tray Sides
The Australian Performance Boxes Aluminium UTV Tray Sides are a versatile addition to any side-x-side tray, providing practical benefits for hunting, farming, camping, and more.

Before You Start: Ensure your vehicle is fitted with an APB UTV Tray (these tray sides are designed specifically for this tray).

Installation Instructions
1. Vehicle Preparation:
Park your SXS vehicle on a flat, stable surface and ensure it is secure.
2. Position the Sides:
Hold one of the side panels in line with the side mounting points on your APB UTV Tray. The stainless steel hinges should align with the tray’s hinge mounts. Repeat for the second side panel and the rear panel at the back of the tray.
Using the supplied bolts and washers, secure each hinge to the corresponding mounting point on the UTV Tray. Insert bolts through the hinge and tray bracket, place washers as needed, and thread on the nuts. Tighten the nuts with a spanner, ensuring the hinge pivots smoothly and the panel sits properly on the tray.
3. Fit and Adjust Latches:
Close each side and rear panel to confirm alignment of the over-centre latches with their catches on the tray. Attach and adjust the latches using the supplied hardware for a firm, rattle-free hold when closed. If necessary, reposition latch catches for the best fit before fully tightening all hardware.
4. Check Panel Operation:
Open and close each side and rear panel several times to ensure hinges and latches work smoothly. Confirm the panels sit flush with no foul points or excessive gaps. Adjust latch tension or hinge alignment as needed for secure, easy operation.
6. Final Check:
Double-check all bolts and nuts for tightness. Ensure all panels are secure and the latches hold them firmly in place during use. Confirm that the tray sides provide the intended containment and security for items in the tray.
