To uphold our commitment, we provide a comprehensive 12-month product warranty that safeguards against material and manufacturing defects. This warranty encompasses all components, including locks, struts, hinges and bolts. Should any defects arise, we will promptly repair or replace the affected parts at no additional charge.

It's important to note that our warranty policy does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation or the use of non-approved parts. Additionally, to validate the warranty, servicing must be conducted by us or authorised API agents. Our warranty policy protects your investment while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Swift and reliable shipping methods

At Australian Performance Boxes, we aim to provide you with a smooth and streamlined shipping experience — whether you purchase our canopy legs or any other 4x4 storage solutions.

To ensure prompt delivery, we dispatch items as soon as full payment is received and cleared. Typically, goods are dispatched within one to two working days following payment.

Please keep in mind that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during the transportation and delivery process unless the customer has opted for and purchased Transit Insurance. 

Convenient and trouble-free returns

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction here at Australian Performance Boxes. We have a return policy in place that enables you to return goods or products pending approval. In the event of an approved return where an exchange is not agreed upon, a 10% restocking fee may apply.

To initiate the return process, providing clear images or footage of the goods is necessary. If returned goods are received in a condition that does not meet the requirements for exchange or refund, we will reach out to you to discuss alternative options.
