Description
Keep your canopy protected from the elements with the Australian Performance Boxes Canopy Weather Seal, designed to improve water management. Engineered as a practical two-part system, this seal works by directing water away from the hinge area and into the door recess, helping prevent dripping when the door is opened and reducing the chance of water entering your canopy.
Built for real-world conditions, it’s a simple yet effective upgrade that makes a noticeable difference in wet weather, whether you’re on the job or out exploring. Easy to install and tailored to your required length, it’s the ideal solution for maintaining a drier, more functional canopy setup.

How to Install Your Australian Performance Boxes Weather Seal
Our Weather Seal is designed to improve water protection by directing water away from the hinge area and into the door recess. This two-part system helps prevent dripping when the door is open and reduces the risk of water entering your canopy.
What’s in the Kit?
- 1 x Canvas Weather Strip (cut to your ordered length)
- 1 x Pinch Weld (cut to your ordered length)
Before installing, ensure your canopy door surface is clean, dry, and free from debris for the best fit and seal.
Installation Instructions
1. Position the Canvas Strip:
Place the canvas strip so it folds over the bottom lip of the door, ensuring the edge sits hard up against the back edge.
The strip should wrap over the lip, with the tail of the canvas feeding through the gap between the door. Make sure it is aligned evenly along the full length and sitting flush in position.
Tip: The canvas must be firmly seated against the back edge and properly fed through the gap to ensure effective water redirection.
2. Secure with Pinch Weld:
Place the pinch weld over the canvas strip and press it down firmly to grip both the canvas and door, ensuring it is tight and secure along the full length.
Tip: Ensure both the canvas and pinch weld extend slightly past the ends of the door to ensure the full door opening is covered.
3. Final Check:
Ensure the canvas is secure, the pinch weld is evenly clamped, and the door opens and closes smoothly without interference.
