How to Install Your Australian Performance Boxes Ladder Rack
Our Australian Performance Boxes Ladder Racks offer a practical and secure solution for transporting goods without taking up precious Canopy space.
Before You Start: Ensure this product is suitable for your Canopy and/or what you plan to mount on-top e.g. will the width of your rooftop tent fit between the uprights?
Please Note: Australian Performance Boxes does not offer an installation service or the M10 mounting bolts and nuts to fit the Ladder Racks and will need to be purchased separately. This kit is designed for DIY installation. Please read the instructions carefully, or consult a professional if you’re unsure.

Installation Instructions
1. Position, Mark & Drill:
Place your Ladder Racks in your desired position. Ensure the rack is square and aligned where you want it. Mark your drilling points through the top of the Canopy and drill through your markings.
2. Apply Sealant:
Apply an adhesive sealant around each hole before positioning the base plates for bolting.
3. Fit the Bolt Assembly:
For each hole, slide a washer onto an M10 bolt, through the hole and secure with a washer, M10 Hex Nyloc Nut and tighten firmly.
4. Final Check:
Double-check all bolts and nuts. Ensure the entire assembly is tight and secure, and that the Ladder Rack is firmly held in place. We also recommend adding a sealant around each foot of the Ladder Rack to ensure it is water and dust tight.
