That’s why we offer a 12-month product warranty covering defects in material and manufacturing, including all components such as locks, struts, hinges and bolts. We will repair or replace any defective parts at no extra cost.

However, our warranty policy excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation or non-approved parts. In addition, it is only valid if serviced by us or authorised API agents.

Quick and reliable shipping options

That’s why we dispatch items immediately after full payment has been received and cleared. Generally, we dispatch goods within one to two working days of payment received, and delivery to the purchaser is expected within three to seven working days of dispatch.
